Dr. Shari Beth Slebodnik, PhD

I spent quite a few years with Dr. Slebodnick and I appreciate her support so much. She always flowed with however I was feeling. Sometimes we stuck to the work we were trying to complete and some days were "travel log" days, where I needed the session to discuss what was bothering me in the moment. I wish I had started therapy sooner to be honest, but then I probably wouldn't have met Dr. S. I can't wait to pick our sessions back up after her hiatus.

Shari hears me and meets me where I am at with every session. I feel like I can be completely vulnerable with what I am going through without being judged, and having someone who listens, understands, and reassures is very refreshing. The homework has also been extremely helpful. This allows me to dive deeper in ways I wouldn't necessarily think of on my own. The greatest experience I've had with a therapist so far! I can't recommend enough! Thank you for teaching me how to communicate with myself, Doc!

Shari has helped me through a difficult period for me and has shown me support and understanding even when I could not support or understand myself. After a few months of talking with her, my life has completely flipped around - for the better! She gave me the tools I needed to help me become my best self and held me become accountable to my goals. She was exactly who I needed and I am so grateful to have worked with her!

The most compassionate and understanding professional yet! Doc goes out of her way to confront toxic behaviors and help modify them without judgement. She has never failed to address something that I'm struggling with, and help me find alternative ways to handle life and heal myself.
