If there is a choice of 0 stars, that is what I would choose. The service from this office is the worst I ever experienced. I visited this office since it would accept Delta Dental USA HMO insurance. When I made the appointment, I informed the stuff that I needed a new patient exam and a referral to my periodontist. I was told that when I talked to Dr. Sharmilla, she would make the decision for that. I contacted Delta Dental insurance and was told that the doctor should write a referral to my periodontist since on my record, I had already established the service with my periodontist. On the appointment day, I got to the office on time, filled the forms, and paid my copay. Then, I was called in and told that I was responsible for part of the service Delta Dental insurance would not pay for. When I asked for what part of the service my insurance would not pay, they would not say. I pointed out that all I needed was a new patient exam and a referral to my periodontist. They told me… that their office did not offer the service to write the referral to other doctors. I called Delta Dental insurance in front of them. The representative from Delta Dental insurance tried to call the office while putting me on hold with him. The office manager would not pick up the phone. When this representative asked me to hand my phone to the office manager so he could ask the office manager questions about why I could not get a referral to my periodontist and the charges they asked me to pay, the office manager told me that he had to call the office line. When the representative called the office number again, the office manager finally picked up the phone and told him that she was not going to talk to him. The representative from Delta Dental insurance told me that he never encountered this situation before and he would file a complaint against this office. Meantime, he had to find another dentist for me. I don't know what this dentist was doing. Something "illegal"? I just know that I would never visit this dentist again!

I do not recommend this dentist to anyone I feel that they are shady with their billing practices and don't give you the full details of what is and is not covered, due to a mistake on their office part I am not trying to be stuck with a bill for $1916.00 due to their error. Terrible watch out for these people. Scam artist.

When I questioned fillings that wore out in under two months and was left with painful teeth as she handed me my purse, a small tube of sensodyne and informed me that she no longer accepted my dental insurance. Explain that to my lost $300 and the hole in my tooth. She will not stand behind her work.

I loved Dr Anand!!! I have a complicated dental history and Dr Anand has taken great care of me. My crowns are excellent and have lasted over 10 years!!

Great hours and right by work at Nemours. The staff And Dr are professional and kind make me feel right at home

I have enjoyed all my visits to Dr Anand and her office.The staff are friendly and very professional.My xrays never hurt one bit.I have had crowns and root canal and they have gone smoothly and I am very pleased with result.

She cost me pain, inconvenience and money to undo the damage that she did and refused to address.
