She is highly intelligent, compassionate and caring, and an excellent surgeon. I felt completely safe with my procedure.

Horrible experience.. She spent two minutes with me and told me that what I said wasn't possible. Then she said we needed to run blood tests, to go out for lunch and she would call when the results came in. She never called... That was Friday morning. I waited until 1:00 on Monday, and was told she hadn't looked at the results yet. I told them it was possibly emergent due to a previous ectopic pregnancy, resolved by surgery. They had her call me, and she asked me to come in that day for more bloodwork.. I gave it two days.. Same thing. I had to call for the results, and she hadn't looked at them yet. I went back to my old Doctor an hour away.. Highly recommend Rivercrest in Perrysburg. Dr. Markwood and Sutherland are the best I've met. I had answers, and they gave me a prescription for the pain.. Still a horrible experience misscarrying.. But they were professional and helpful.

WELL WE WENT TO HER OFFICE AT FIRST SHE WAS NICE AND GOT OF COLD. But was all business. Then my girlfriend need some medicine they told her they would send it to pharmacy. Well we are worken on 3 weeks called them numerous times they said they sent call pharmacy and nothing so we been lied to. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER TO NO ONE.

Let's see to start w/you have to wait 3 or 4 months to get in. When your appt. does finally roll around you then wait over an hour to see her. I found her cold and she will lecture you about smoking more than anything, like what your there for. I get smoking is bad for your health, I'm an adult, I know this - tell me I should quit, then move on. I'm there for my vagina - let's focus on that. Aside from the lecture on smoking, she was cold and very uncaring.

I ended up switching doctors because everytime I came in for my appointment, I'd wait at least an hour and a half before I was seen. One time for my apt the desk lady told me to come back in about an hour, which I did, and I still had to wait about another 2 hrs. I could never plan anything around my appointment time because I just had no idea when I'd be seen or get out of there. She was ok as a doctor but her staff was a little rude.

I love Dr. Ransom. She is very sweet and caring!

many canceled appointments by her office sometime not informing me until I arrived. They were using home phone contact information even though I had given them my office number and my cell number and asked them not to ever use the phone number becasue I would not get the message. They called it durin the work day to cancel my appointment for the day.Took 4 months to get birth control due to staff never calling insurance as they promised and then canceling appointments once they finally did call insurance. Also, the force you to have a pregnancy test before they would give you gardacile vacine? Why? Very bab business practices

I waited over 75 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor with no notification that the doctor was not seeing patients in a timely manner. When I asserted myself by informing the staff that I would only be able to wait another 15 minutes, the doctor informed me that I should expect to wait a long time in all gynecologist offices.
