Dr. Sharon Roseanne Thompson

Would give ZERO stars if I could, however, that is not an option. I was with my family member and this Dr. will talk over you while you’re voicing your concerns, comments, or answer her questions. Very poor bedside manner, seems uninterested with patient concerns; basically rude and interrupts you repeatedly. Did not return calls but one time; even when on call. Front office staff seems inexperienced, unprofessional (walking in front office and hallways with gloves on) This Dr.’s NP is not far behind...she gave poor triage advice; was told to stay at home when an ED visit was paramount for eval and treatment of symptoms. My opinion is to do thorough research on your doctor before trusting a doctor with your life and your unborn child’s life. Would not recommend this practice.

I love Central Phoenix OB GYN. Sharon and Leslie are simply the best at what they do and so is the staff. Whenever I go there I always feel like family and that's what you need when coming to visit any doctor. So thanks ladies for all you do! Keep ROCKIN!

I have had great response w/making appts, getting rx refilled and orders for diagnostics. Very friendly and warm. I really like Dr Thompson.

Front desk staff have terrible customer service skills! No one ever answers or returns calls at this office. I was very excited to meet with the Dr., only to be forced upon a resident! :-(

Especially this being my first pregnancy & first child, I wish I would have done more research beforehand in locating & choosing a really quality OB/GYN. All I can say is, most check ups were 5 min total with 20-40 min in the waiting room. Very poor bedside manner, felt like a revolving door for pregnant ladies. Had a much better experience with Dr Johnstone whom I believe is the lead doc for this practice.....wish I would have requested her as my primary OB doc :( Would not recommend this Dr to anyone wanting any level of care or concern through their pregnancy or during/after delivery of their child.

Dr. Thompson often could not remember any details from my previous visit and gave me careless advice on two different visits that if I would have listened to would have caused me harm. She would often confuse me with another patient. If you are looking for individualized care go somewhere else. This place is a patient mill.

Knowledgeable and thorough. She is very warm and caring as a physician.
