She is caring and nice physician. Prompt response. My children are under her care for more than 5 years and I satisfied with her care.

We took our child to this pediatrician three times and had the worst experience ever. She gave my child a TB test, and when we were on our way returning to her clinic to show her the result, my child scratched that spot so it became swollen. Seeing the swollen spot, she announced that our child had a TB infection and sent him to an X-ray check up, regardless of my explanation. Whenever we tried to say anything more about this issue, she LITERALLY raised her voice to stop us! Unbelievable!We switched our child to Tribeca Pediatrics immediately. They gave him another TB test and everything turned out to be fine. Still, I feel very upset that my son had to go through the X-ray because of Zheng's arbitrary decision, since X-rays can be potentially harmful to young children.I definitely do not recommend Sharon Zheng if you are looking for a responsible and experienced pediatrician who treats you and your children with respect, and who can become a good partner of you to provide a happy and… healthy childhood to your kids. None to mention that her clinic is very small, with no toys or any other entertainment in the waiting area, and locates in a nasty area in Chinatown. There's always a long line so you should expect spending at lease 1 whole hour waiting. Even if you need a Chinese-speaking doctor, go look for another one!

Dr. Zheng is very caring and i like the way she involves my daughter in her visits. my 7yr old daughter has been seeing Dr. Zheng for 5 1/2 years and she never balks at "going to the doctor" even for shots.
