Dr. Shawn H Marhamati, MD

Dr. Shawn Marhamati is a board-certified urologist who earned his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed his residency training at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, giving him specialized expertise in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system. With 11 years of clinical experience, Dr. Marhamati has developed particular expertise in men's health and urological care.

Dr. Marhamati practices at multiple locations throughout Virginia and Maryland, including Woodbridge and Alexandria, Virginia, as well as Oxon Hill, Maryland. His clinical focus includes treating benign prostatic hyperplasia and both initial and recurrent prostate cancer. He performs specialized diagnostic procedures such as urodynamic testing to evaluate bladder function, post-void residual urine tests to assess bladder emptying, and pelvic ultrasounds for comprehensive urological evaluation.
