An outstanding visit

Dr. Torres is exceptionally caring and competent in every aspect. I couldn't ask for better care. Most importantly, she spent sufficient time to understand and address long list of issues prior to surgery.

Yes my provider is a great Dr. On the right note and know her business and job treating me with care and respect understanding my needs and doing the best she can to help me get the best of services and explain to make it clear and what Is allowed or not so I am satisfied to getting to the next level and healing from my Injuries and condition, I appreciate the level of agreement and Support especially the medical assistant getting my forms signed by the dr at start of visit and my Dr. Made sure she brought me a copy along with the MA or nurse staff to get it to me and make it clear of the steps they made and make it easier for my Dr to provide excellent services and experiences. I that making my emotions and heart relieved. Grateful to feel special to see the results and accomplishments making my life better and simplifying what has to be done. Go UCSF for attending to a patient like me with special needs and multiple medical conditions. This includes all medical and clinical… Infromation and procedures . I am so satisfied in the work and see progress in my overall care and visits. Especially when I need a replacement for my walker that was damaged in my car accident a week ago, My Dr. Placed an order to process and get replacement for me asap. Good experiences with all this happening.

She's nice enough but she's inexperienced in a lot of areas. She's happy to make the proper referral (if your already diagnosed illness isn't so rare she refers you to the wrong department). She won't admit it what she doesn't know and gets passive agressively defensive but the questions she asks are not the useful to doctors who know what's up. If you don't present like her textbook then she'll hesitate to diagnose you... and hesitate to treat you.
