Dr. Sheila A. Dugan, MD

Dr. Dugan is very knowledgeable specialist about pelvic pain. She spent time with me listening, explaining and caring. If you have any questions about medications and treatment she will return your emails which not to often happen when you dealing with other doctors). She has contact with your physiotherapist about your progress even she has a busy schedule (she is also a professor at Rush University). She smiles all of the time and leaves you with a better mood. I would recommend Dr. Dugan without any hesitation.

I was very happy with Dr. Dugan...her exam was very thorough and she took a great deal of time with me listening and explaining. I am following her instructions...I would recommend Dr. Dugan without any hesitation!

Dr. Dugan gave up on me. There's nothing else to say. Find someone who refuses to give up. It's not her. Take my word.

In just one visit, Dr. Dugan helped my daughter two years ago with severe, unexplained pelvic pain that other doctors were stymied by. And the cure was as simple as a few months of a specialized type of physical therapy. We have since had no more ER visits. Thank you, Dr. Dugan!

Dr. Dugan was recommended by another physician who said I would like her very much. Dr. Kathy Weber, the referring physician is phenomenal, so I had my doubts that Dr. Dugan would be as good. I have found Dr. Dugan to be equally as good as Dr. Weber. She is straight forward, easy to connect and understand, and attends to needs and follow up. She is practical and exhibits logical sense. I would recommend Dr. Dugan to a friend with the highest expectation.

Without really knowing what I came for to see the Doctor, she was judmental and unempathetic. I did not ask to get sick. I came seeking help. I would not recommend this Dr. to a friend.

Dr. Dugan has A LOT of energy! She is nice but when the treatment she suggested was not working she went from nice to seeming like I was more of a bother. I have a chronic pain condition and continued with a treatment modality for 6 months with NO CHANGE in improvement. She continued to suggest that this was my problem even though the treatment and tests suggested otherwise. I am overall not impressed with this doctor. But she will return phone calls in a timely manner and there is not an overly ridiculous wait time often seen in other doctor offices.

Dr.Dugan had a fantastic bedside manner. She really listened to me and was most interested in my situation. She wanted to work closely with my doctors. She called my physical therapist while I was with her to get the best take on my problem.

Great Dr who is very caring and spends as much time as you need. She is happy all of the time and I am happy when I leave her office.She is prompt and answers your calls and questions in a timely fasion.
