Dr. Shelley Cecile Hill, MD

I read the previous review and could not believe she was talking about dr Hill! I took my grandmother who is an Alzheimer's patient to see Dr Shelley Hill and she was absolutely amazing,! She talked to my grandmother as well as me and was extremely thorough in her treatment, her patience and her explanation of the problem. I brought my grandmother in for a nosebleed and Dr hill treated that but she also figured out that my grandmas ear pain that she always complained about was from her badly fitting dentures! I can't imagine was the previous reviewer was thinking but it doesn't sound anything like Dr Hill!

I saw Dr. Hill for a middle ear infection and very bad allergies. She ignored the symptoms I complained of and totally misdiagnosed me, leading me to see a doctor outside of Kaiser. I was able to obtain an appt. with another ENT at Kaiser Woodland Hills, whose diagnosis was the same as the doctor I saw outside of Kaiser and totally different from Dr. Hill. Not a good doctor in my opinion and I feel she was negligent in my care.
