Dr. Sherif Dimyan, DO

Dr Dimyan has been treating my husband for Parkinson's. He recently suffered non-motor symptoms and Dr. Dimyan was VERY generous with his time and "patiently" listened to my husband, By the time we left the office, it was late. I dropped off husband home then drove to a pharmacy around 6pm. The pharmacist had a question on the prescription, and was promptly returned call by Dr Dimyan. I was able to start my husband on the needed meds that Friday night. Then days later my husband called the doctor's office for a refill. The office staff was aware of my husband's symptoms and contacted me to confirm whether the validity of the prescription needs. When I urgently needed his meds refilled, the office made it happened. I am so grateful of the kindness of the doctor and the staff who care about their patients. The office may not be fancy, but the caring of the doctor and staff is priceless.

They are unable to process Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO - They will take it as insurance and bill it as out-of-network and then you are stuck with an out of network provider EOB (bill) They are incompetent when it comes to billing the insurance company properly. This is a disservice to Dr. Dimyan, since he is an excellent Doctor. He needs to hire professional people that do not make fun of the patients in regard to their financial predicaments and are competent to properly process the insurance paperwork. I recommend outsourcing the billing or risk losing the patients.

He shows that he really cares. He listens. He answers your questions. He has good advice. He gives as much time as you need. I would reccomend him to a friend!

I saw him after DMV recommended me. He is a very courteous guy. Does not order unnecessary and wasteful tests. Hard to find such a good doctor these days who practice fair medicine and is honest with their patients.
