BEWARE MIGRAINE PATIENTS I’m 60yrs old, dx at 16yo. can’t understand his English, visibly upset when asked him to repeat more than twice! Rx ((Imitrex/Maxalt, NOT NARCOTICS) My United Healthcare Insurance company called Dr.Pan’s office & shared how to utilize my school district United Healthcare Rx benefits, I know what’s worked for over 45yr history. He REFUSES to order more than 10 tabs per month. I’m limited to 5 migraines episodes a month. Barometric pressure I cannot control or outside factors that cause my migraines. I cant go anymore. Only Dr. & wife/female at desk. , CASH & CHECK ONLY, not customary in my life & has never really felt peace in the office. Out of convenience and Met needs. Would’ve continued, but since he Refuses to meet needs to manage my migraine headaches… I must change doctors. With all my exposure to him, he appeared angry all the time! Uneasy feeling atmosphere.

He refuses to treat me bc i cannot attend a seizure study. Just had a baby that has health issues so leaving her is unacceptable at this time.. he had no compassion although he saw me thru my pregnancy and is fully aware of baby's medical issues... great doctor right?!!

My condition is baffeling to my doctors because it has no clear symptoms of a paricular illness. Dr. Pan has listened to me, ordered appropriate tests and has been good to follow up with results. He has been good at trying medications and if it does not help trying something else. He always makes sure that I understand what he is telling me and quick to explain if I don't. I would recommend him if you need a nuerologist.

I was referred to Dr. Pan by my Internist. My first visit was in Oct.'11. His office staff was very professional and courteous.Dr. Pan seemed quite knowledgeable. He understood my problem, and spent a good deal of time in his diagnosis. He was concise and clear in answering my questions. I am confident in his ability.

great doctor! very careing and concerned fast referrals if needed and prompt follow ups, willing to spend all the time you require to answer all questions you may have and if he does not know the answer he is honest, if you do not ask any questions or talk about your concerns with him he will dissmiss you quickly but that would be your fault would and do recommend!
