I was a patient for a year but then canceled one appointment due to a scheduling con?ict. I was told to call and reschedule when I could, although it slipped my mind to do so for a long time. There was no other reason that I didn't call. I received ZERO follow-up calls or invitations to reschedule until a full year later when I got emails saying "We miss you! Please schedule your next appointment by calling us!". I called immediately to set up an appointment but was told bluntly, "Dr. Patel does not want you as a patient due to your noncompliance." This is unreasonable, unprofessional, and illogical customer service.

When I called for my first appointment to meet with Dr. Patel they offered me an appointment the same week but I was unable to go due to work. I made an appointment for the next week and within 10 minutes of completing my paperwork the nurse was calling me back! All of the ladies working there were super polite and patient with me trying to schedule appointments around my crazy work and home schedules! Dr. Patel was very attentive and took time to listen to me and explain what he was scheduling for me and why. I would recommend him to anyone and have already scheduled my husband and mother appointments to switch to his care as well!

I went in as a new patient this week. What a beautiful office - felt like a hotel lobby. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Doctor was attentive kind and caring. This looks like an all-around great practice. My previous doctor's office was just the opposite - run down facility, rude staff, and always-in-a-rush doctor.

The best cardiologist and internist I have ever been to. Very knowledgeable and caring and always strives to get my health to the highest level. If my cholesterol is a little high, he lets me know and makes a plan to get it down. Excellent follow-up as well, future appts are always made when leaving the office, usually with labs before so he can review the labs personally with me instead of mailing me a useless lab summary letter like my previous doctors did. No doubt I am getting the best care in the area at this practice

Love Dr. Patel and his staff! I enjoy seeing him and "the gals" - so kind, sweet and caring.

Dr. Patel has been my doctor for about 5 years. He is always nice and explains your care in a way you can understand . Since he takes care of my internal medicine and cardiology, I get complete care in one doctor. There is not one bad thing I can say about him. I hope he never retires because I'm going to need him for a long time!

Best medical staff - super friendly and helpful

I went to see Dr. Patel because my previous doctors could not get my diabetes controlled. He changed my diabetic meds, took the time to review my diet in detail, and after 3 months I got the lowest A1c level I have seen in years. The staff are very friendly and the office is beautiful. Could not be happier with my care.
