Dr. Shilpi Khetarpal, MD

I have been to her 3 times now and I think she is the best dermatologist ever. She's kind and won't be excessive with treatments she doesn't think you need. She's on time also. Her placement of fillers is the best. Huge difference. I have had an affirm laser treatment from her also. No issues.

Have darker pigmented skin. Used a laser on me to supposedly lighten a scar then left it worse than ever. Asked her about this and she refused to even see me. Denied it happened without even looking at my skin- did not even ask for photos just kept stating it didn’t happen when it clearly did. The ombudsman also did nothing. Signed up for laser hair removal and was ripped off. Why this doctor keeps running her show at a HOSPITAL like it is a spa and taking people’s money by charging outrageous sums and then destroying their skin and denying she has done so I have no clue. SHAME on Shilpi and CCF. Do not see this doctor for anything. You have been warned. The least I could do is prevent others from similar pain

I went to Dr. Khetarpal because I lost a lot of weight and I have deep smile lines. My thought was "oh no, I need a face lift" so I scheduled an appointment. I had been blown off by other professionals because I am only 33, but she understood my concerns. She was able to give me filler on my face in her office and even gave me botox in my forehead and my jaw (for TMJ, my dentist usually does it for me). Needless to say, no face lift for me. I didnt have to wait at all any longer than my scheduled appointment.
