"I’m very disappointed in this Dr. Within 5 seconds of walking in the door, she was pushing surgery on me. I had many questions and even asked about alternative treatments and all she said was “no surgery is your only option, it’s all I can offer you” but she never explained why I had no other choice. I know about 5 other people who’ve had gallbladder surgery and are miserable with the side effects, so with me only being 24, I was very hesitant about jumping right in. When I told her I didn’t want to do the surgery, she became visibly upset and disappointed. Then she offered to do a different procedure to see if something else was causing the pain, when I’ve already had the ultrasound to know that it’s gallstones that are causing the pain. She wanted to do an endoscope to see if stomach ulcers were the cause…all because she asked if I take any Advil/Ibuprofen and I said yeah but rarely. And I know that not taking a lot won’t cause ulcers. I do not and will never recommend this Dr to… anyone. Oh and no she never did get to see the ultrasound results because I had those done at Holzer and my PCP didn’t send those when she sent the referral. "

she saved my wife’s life and has given her the quality of life she always wanted. Super nice physician and a smile under that mask we all wear now. I wish the best for her and her newborn.

she actually cared for me, and helped me understand my diagnosis in a simpler language. This made me change my eating routine and diet. Also she always smiles and I enjoy her at each visit at the VA hospital.
