If you are unfortunate enough to be referred to this place, make sure they take your insurance by speaking to someone at the Front Desk. I drove an hour to my appointment and was turned away! This is after confirming that they accepted my insurance by my Primary Doctor and I also confirmed this myself before setting up my insurance. BEWARE-THEY DON’T CARE!!

Horrible place-run don't walk!! Jessica Kappas lies and the Dr. swears to it. They will fire you at the drop of a hat, or if you are on an undesirable plan. They do not care about your pain level or how long. Jessica just states her fear of the DEA and her misinformation about the prescribing laws (that do not pertain to pain managers), but mentions it at every visit. Why are you in pain management if you could care less and treat everyone the same? They do not know the laws and have horrible prior authorization department (1person) who let's you lapse and go without medication. They dont want records from other facilities that prove your pain, why is that? Based on other ratings on Google they fire people of color and for no good reason. There needs to be laws that protect the patients continuity of care and from doctors that practice with fear, ignorance and lies. Patients who are suffering pain dont need to suffer continual anxiety from their bad practices!

I wouldn't take my dog, cat, horse, pig, etc. to see this doctor. Just a waste of good money and time. She will talk down to you! If you don't believe me....just disagree with her a few times. She also looks down on African-American men.

This doctor is the worst that I have ever come in contact with. She is has a tendency to talk down to patients and is very rude. I walked out of her office and will never return. Her staff lied on me and she of course tried to back them up knowing they were wrong. I'm surprised she's still in business. I've worked for doctors in the pass and her bedside manners show that she should never come in contact with a patient. Do research!

Dr Sahai is a very caring , efficient , professional dr . She has gave me the right treatment and I can walk upright again . The procedure. Went very fast, and recovery was minimal . I knows she treats a lot of patients That are disabled or with chronic pain . And she has the knowledge and skills to help them. Thanks Dr Sahai

Dr. Sahai is a great pain doctor. She truely cares about her patients needs and helps them in a positive, professional, caring manner. She has greatly helped me with pain issues and I am extremely grateful for her as my pain doctor.

Made me wait 1.5 hours and I HAD an appointment. Never even came by to check in or apologize. 45 minutes in the lobby and 45 more in exam room. I had to leave. How can I trust someone with my health who doesn't care or respect me enough to at least have the decency to let me know why she is running so late or apologize for such unprofessional behavior. How will she manage my pain when she can't even manage her time! I will NEVER return.

Dr. Sahai did not take the time to properly read my medical history, and MRI results regarding my back surgeries. All she was interested in was scheduling as many procedures as possible, even though none of these procedures worked. Not once in the 3 years I was a patient was my pain managed properly. I gave her more than a fair chance to help me, but wound up going to another pain specialist. After two visits with the new pain specialist I was referred to a spinal surgeon who performed back surgery. I was asked why I waited so long to have the surgery, I told the surgeon what Dr. Sahai had done for me and was told none of the 20+ procedures she had done would have ever helped. The wait times were always more than 30 minutes, time spent with me was less than 10 minutes. Always felt rushed through appointments, no other methods of treatment discussed. Overall very disappointed in Dr. Sahai.
