Dr Amin and all of his staff were kind and caring and made this experience very easy and painless. Even the nurse inserting the IV made me feel at ease, and she was gentle and did an excellent job. Everything was explained clearly and I had opportunities to ask questions. Dr Amin was very personable and clearly explained my results. Highly recommend this center and staff!

Had my first colonoscopy. Scheduling it was pretty easy. The office staff was very nice and explained my prep instructions really well. The day of the scope, all of the staff were very nice and friendly. The nurses were great at starting the IV and making sure I was comfortable. The staff in the procedure room was very nice and respectful. After the colonoscopy, Dr. Amin came and explained how it went and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend.

Dr Amin is Excellent has a perfect bedside manner he truly cares about his patients. His Staff from Office,Nurses & Anesthesiologists are Very Professional.

This doctor hurt me by exploding a dialatsion bag up in my throat when I told him not to dialate my throat but he did it anyway. They drugged me stuffed a sponge in my throat, then dressed me before I was awake and when I came to slung my arm over a nurse and walked me out. I went back and told the nurse I know what he did and she told me to go to Pittsburgh ER for treatment. He knows he hurt me because he personally called the next day to see if I was alive and I told him he hurt me and his reply was take the pills I prescribed and keep eating and drinking. Told my PCP he hurt me and he held me back from treatment so I been getting treated by another doctor and found surgical guide wire in my throat from his screw up. He lied to me and my doctor about what he did. Told me I had a hernia and when I got real treatment they said I don't have a hernia and I don't need pills for reflux like he said I do. That's his way of covering up his mistakes. I'm making a full complaint to the ethics… committee about what he did.

Dr. Amin is one the most dedicated, intelligent specialists. He's helped me manage with many gastrointestinal issues. He is sincere and attentive. His office staff, however, are just the opposite. I can never get them to pick up the phone. They can't seem to achieve anything without consulting Dr. Amin, even on the most basic tasks. Their billing is also a wreck as I've watched them repeatedly falter with insurance claims and preauthorizations.

Have been a patient since 2013. Treated my GERD and duodenal polyps with counseling, medication, endoscopies and colonscopies. Excellent care.

I went to Dr. Amin for an endoscopy (EGD). Everything about this experience was handled professionally and efficiently. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the check-in was quick. Afterwards, Dr. Amin explained the results clearly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a GERD done, and all went very smoothly from check-in to discharge. The directions I was given prior to the procedure were very clear; the nurses were all professional as well as friendly; the facility was very clean; and the procedure went well (I think, since I was out for it!). I have experienced no discomfort or problems since discharge. I appreciate the care and the thoroughness of the staff and Dr. Amin.
