Dr. Shirley Anain and her staff are professional, personable and courteous. Dr. Anain takes her time to explain every step of your procedure, including drawing diagrams of what will be done. Exactly what she explained each visit and at procedure time is how the process went. Her staff are so kind and pleasant. It is a great experience whether calling the office or in for an appointment. They all make you feel so comfortable.

After a reduction / lift / augmentation, breasts look like uneven, wide set, upside down eggplants with horrible scarring! Never explained this as a possibility. Didn't explain much. Just sent home with reading materials. Never offered one picture of her work and unfortunately, I trusted that I didn't need to. I am disfigured and disappointed. BEWARE.

Wow and wow! Professional knowledgeable care from all levels of service. From the front end staff to check out. Prompt on time service from a doctor who takes the time to listen and educate. Most importantly the results are amazing. She even fixed that horrible C-section scare and leveled me out. Kudos Doc for being one of Buffalo best in your field.

I have known Dr. Shirley Anain for 46 years. She is a beautiful person & an excellent surgeon. She exceeded my expectations on my tummy tuck. I am just sorry that I waited so long to get this done. She explained everything I would experience & I did just that. The drains were no where near as horrible as I thought they would be, they were actually comforting knowing the process was just as she said it would be. I am 4 weeks post op & so very pleased. Dr. Anain's staff were very friendly & answered any questions that they could help with as well. My overall experience was excellent & I would recommend Dr. Anain in a heartbeat!!! Thank you so much.

For years after complications to tummy tuck surgery.if I bend down to tie my shoes it’s like my abdominal muscles got stuck.i went to a visit afterwards and she felt my abdominal saying.,oh it doesn’t feel like your abdominal muscles ruptured or anything.there after she could never face me.shes luck I didn’t sue her

Dr. Anain has performed breast reconstruction procedures and tumor extractions on my face. In every case, my outcomes were better than I could imagine. Her surgical techniques are excellent. In addition, she is compassionate and understanding. A doctor that hugs her patients. Now that's a stitch above the norm.

Breast Reduction and Tummy Tuck -Went to Dr. Anain for a Mommy Makeover. Had a full tummy tuck and Breast Augmentation. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Anain gave great advice and help me through the size selection. I had no idea and she gave me a range to choose from. I am very happy with the results.

I don't know how these few people are giving her bad reviews. Dr. Anain is the most down to earth, true surgeon I've ever met. I've been to other doctors and they don't even come close to how talented, caring, and a compassionate doctor that Dr. Anain is. I had a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and breast lift, and the results were amazing!! The office staff was always so nice and informative as well. Would recommend her to anyone.
