Very pleasant. Answers all questions. Really like her

From my previous visits with Dr. Maralani and the PA's, they didn't jump to automatic surgery although they indicated it was a strong possibility. They tried everything to take care of the problem conservatively, but surgery is in my future. Everyone was caring and they LISTENED.

Good Listener. Straight and to the point.

Everyone including Dr.are professional, l friendly and , personable. All my questions were answered.

Hopefully first impressions last. I actually have relief and belief that things are going to be looked at thoroughly. I am a great judge of character and feel in my heart this was the right choice to see Dr.Maralani. Real person.

My Appointment was for 1:00 and I didn't get in a room till 3;00. I'm handicapped and can't sit upright on my spine that long

First time for me. A very long wait! I don’t understand why she makes so many appointments. I understand there’s a need for her but not understanding her methods! Seems knowledgeable but I don’t have anyone to compare !

I never saw Dr. Maralani, when I got to office for my appointment it was noted on the board she was running 30 minutes late. At the 1 hour mark staff came in to inform me she’d be another 10 minutes or so and apologized for the tartiness, said they’d stay in touch with me. At 1 hour and 30 minutes and no doctor I got dressed, opened the door looking for staff, quite frustrated, wanting to know where the doctor was. Supposedly I was next but heard doctor just starting with patient next room over. Doctor came out of room next door, with no concern of my time or frustration, told her staff not to charge me(ha) and said I wouldn’t be allowed to be her patient. Customer service should be implanted into her practice. Communication with patients would be key when doctors are behind schedule.

Very good… everything went like clockwork. there was no waiting and Dr. Maralani was very thorough, kind and explained what might be going on and what needs to be done. I was very happy with with everything. Very pleasant staff and you do not feel like just a number.

My first visit with this doctor told me I made a good decision, I was very comfortable with her and that's important to me to feel like I'm not being judged but being helped thank you Dr. Maralani
