Dr. Shruti Sonni, MD

My visit with Dr. Sonni was slated for a video visit, and I did not get a call, despite arriving early and logging on. 15 minutes after my appointment was to begin, a voicemail (no phone call, no ring) appeared on my phone. I reached the office within a minute of it getting to my phone, and was told the doctor would be messaged and would call me before an hour passed. An hour passed, I looked, and I had been rescheduled for this vital neurology appointment 40 days from the original appointment date, without my consent. She made no attempt to reach me again, and did not account at all for what was clearly a technical issue. I still have no call from her in my logs. People try harder to get ahold of me when I make a reservation at a restaurant, but Dr. Sonni took advantage of the opportunity to get back on schedule because she was running late. Extremely unprofessional and ethically unsound, considering the seriousness of the conditions she is meant to treat.

I went to Dr. Sonni for my headache. After proper diagnosis, she diagnosed me as I have a migraine headache. She usually follows up with me after getting occipital nerve block.
