Dr. Shuman Hua, MD

She is the poorest handle on patient care issues on hand. Most trrrible bedside manners ever. She is absolutely extremely rude and condescending! I would not recommend her to anyone.

Absolute excellent. Knowledgeable, professional, experienced, caring and trusted.

I had heard good things about Dr. Hua from other patients. Personally, I found that she was rushed and made some questionable judgment calls re: treatment. On more than one occasion when I asked a question I was met with an abrupt response and it felt insulting...as though I was being scolded. One other patient suggested that she has taken on more than she can handle since she first arrived at Buffalo Medical Group, though, there never seems to be many patients in the waiting room. Regardless, I felt it was time to make a change and I did. Perhaps she has more success working with the younger population.

Dr. Hua is simply an outstanding doctor who shows compassion for her patients and takes the time to listen. If you are needing a doctor, I don't think you will have an easy time finding one that is better than Dr. Hua. She is obviously very intelligent and has tremendous people skills. My opinion is shared by others in my family. I give her the highest possible rating. In addition, I point out that her office is run very well and her appointments are on time. She demonstrates an appreciation for my time and doesn't leave you waiting too long or "park" you in an examination room wondering what is going on. Without reservation, I recommend Dr. Hua to you. the nurses that work with Dr. Hua are outstanding as well and set the "tone" for a productive office visit. Thank you.
