Dr. Shunpei Keith Iwata, MD

I just received a bill from collections after I called multiple times and was assured the bill was on hold as there were issues with insurance. I was lied to multiple times by office staff at the expense of now being in collections. Please avoid this office for Your own wellbeing.

Iwata doesn't actually check anything. I'll give a five stars for ease of appointment --- because I was in and out in five minutes. If you are actually concerned you are sick, find another doctor.

Very attentive. Office has Saturday hours. He takes time to explain.

Doctor office not an easy find but overall my 1st time visit fairly good experiene. Pleasant staff not long wait & Dr. Iwata took his time with me, he was professional, courteous, seemed knowledgeable. He is now my new primary doctor. Glad to get rid of my other primary doctor who produce no results & who just looked at me as a cash cow.

My husband with Mesenteric Panniculitis has been a patient of Dr. Iwata for a year now. We were very impressed with his true caring and medical knowledge and the professionalism of his office staff from the beginning. Lately, after being extremely dehydrated from vomit and diarrhea, he went in to Dr. Iwata's office for IV treatment (instead of going to Huntington Hospital emergency room as he has done many times in the past). We just can't be happier with Dr. Iwata and his staff for accomodating my husband's emergency appt. and getting him hydrated and well expediently.

I was not feeling well whole day and called his office by hoping if he could see me next day. After I briefly explained my problems to the receptionist, Dr. Iwata called me back and asked me few questions. He then asked me to come to his office even it was already around 7 pm. I ended up having a very high blood pressure, and he started treating me at his office. I stayed at his office until he made sure I felt better. His staff were very nice and I felt like as if I was at my own home (at medical office!!) I strongly recommend Dr. Iwata and his staff!!!

My overall experience was excellent! His office is open on Saturdays, and lab tests are done at the office so it is very convenient for a busy patient like myself. Doctor is very caring and professional. He takes his time and the examination was so detail. I felt very comfortable been taken care by him. His office is nicely designed and his staffs are very helpful. Highly recommneded!!

I usually dread going to the doctor. Suprisingly I was imppressed with Dr. Iwata's bedsie manners. Not to mention his staff who are very friendly,courteous and helpful. The medical office itself was very relaxing,clean and stylist in a minimalist way. I highly recommend patient to see Dr. Iwata.
