Check their reviews on Google! I’m not the only one that was turned away with a service dog. I have a service dog for a reason and they would not allow me in the building!!! You should be ashamed of yourself for how you treat people with disabilities. You can also add to that that the staff was extremely rude and even in communicating with me when I was asking for directions on which room to go to they are rude and don’t care about anybody.

Dr. Garg is a caring, very thorough, unbelievable knowledgeable doctor I have had the pleasure of finding when I moved to Wilmington 35 years ago. In defense of any negitive reviews I just read PLEASE read the following I almost died from limes disease. Before going to the Mayo Clinic his theories on my health were validated. I have been referred to Duke by him and again his thinking on what was going on with me has been spot on . His history with medicine growing up is amazing Being a friend as well as a patient after such a challenging medical history in my life I must mention Dr Garg being discrimination by the medical profession in hospitals early on when he was getting his accreditation studying as a young man In the US. You can imagine what the US was like 40 years ago as we truly first open the world to this great nation In defense of any negitive remarks on his practice now. This post covid world has been impossible to get enough help especially a private… practice in Hampstead. He is understaff at times. Just remember when u want an knowledgeable doctor to diagnose your health . He is worth any potential aggravation that being short staff causes.

Don’t bother!! Staff is very poorly trained confused and incompetent. They never follow through on referrals, have called in the wrong prescriptions and tell you that you have the wrong appt. time even when you are holding the appt. card they filled out and handed you. He will not contact you when you have issues. I will never go back.

I’ve been going to Dr. Garg since I was a kid, and I’m almost 40 years old and he’s still my primary care giver. Always very caring, patient, professional, etc. I am always 100% honest with him about any problem I’m having, and he genuinely cares, and (9 times out of ten) solves whatever is ailing me. He’s a great doctor and person, in general.

Dr. Garg is not a true geriatric physician who specializes in ALL issues related to the aging population.

So lucky to have found Dr. Garg. He has such a caring and compassionate way of handling all my medical needs! I did not just feel like a medical chart to him, but a real person who he genuinely wants to help!

I would avoid this office at ALL cost. I have never had such a horrible experience regarding a doctor's office. They made it very clear to me that the mental, emotional and physical health is not their first priority. We were trying to establish a doctor and chose this office- they refused to see me until my medical records came in- even though we have been in contact with them and it was taking an extremely long time. My antidepressant was running out and my records still had not arrived, my wife calls to see if they can refill it since I have the bottle with the prescription on it, they said no, when I wife expressed concern about stopping an antidepressant cold turkey, they still said there was nothing they could do. They called back to inform us that they would not be our primary doctors due to my wife being rude (I guess expressing concern about a husband is rude). Top it off our 11 year old son had an appointment set for today and they are refusing to see him and are refusing to… release his medical records to us so we can go somewhere else. If you are looking for a doctor that cares about you and your family DO NOT go to this place.
