I scheduled an appointment after researching "good" doctors in the area for a rash that had spread throughout my torso. I should've listened to my gut instinct that was telling me to leave after multiple red flags. First impression of the office: old and outdated - red flag #1. I wasn't going to judge a book by its cover so I continued with the appointment. After entering the examination room I noticed the window in the room was wide open and you could feel a breeze from outside (definitely not a sterile environment) - red flag #2. Since I was not getting a procedure done, I brushed the "ick" off and continued to answer questions. After having answered multiple questions, I had to ask him to physically look at my rash since he had not seen it yet - red flag #3. I was not provided with a robe/garment to change into and when I proceeded to remove my clothing, the Dr. was hesitant to touch my skin and do a thorough examination - red flag #4. He insisted it was a fungal infection and… prescribed an anti-fungal to take for a course of three months. Of course, I freaked, and quickly began treatment. After a couple days, the itch and rash worsened with the anti-fungal cream. Seeking relief, I went to a dermatologist (should've done that in the first place) and they diagnosed eczema, prescribed a steroid cream, and I felt better the next day. He completely missed the mark and exacerbated my already sensitive skin condition. Worst medical experience ever. Lesson learned that not every 4-5-star doc is worth it. Be careful.

I rely heavily on reviews rather buying a car or choosing a doctor. The doctors is great. Wait time was minimal. His staff was OUTSTANDING! Jordan, who works the front desk, was a pleasure to interact with. His nurse was amazing, very personable. The doctor ordered some routine tests and when I asked why I needed them he explained in detail, never talking down to me. He took his time and answered all my questions. This place is definitely 5 star!

Dr. Heydarian cares about his patients. He is thorough, preventative, and always has the right remedy. He is also very kind. I am so glad he is my doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Heydarian for nearly ten years. He is an excellent diagnostician, caring, has a excellent manner, especially when I became sick. I will stay with Dr. Heydarian as long as he is in business in Woodbridge, Va.

Dr. Heydarian has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. I have found him throughly knowledgeable as to current and past medical practice and specifically how such would apply to each patient. He is a superb diagnostician. He keeps on top of journal articles and is fluent with regard to available pharmaceuticals, always prescribing what works--not what is popular. When necessary he will referred to top specialists--which he has several times in my case, and without exception, each specialist has expressed confidence and respect for his judgment and treatment plans. Perhaps most importantly, Dr. Heydarian is a human being who expresses genuine concern for his patients. I trust him completely and have no reluctance to place him life in his hands--which I have on several occasions. I recommend him very highly.

Dr Heydarian is A great General Medicine Doctor, we have been his patients since early 1998, we have nothing but high praise for his care and dedication and listening skills and diagnosing. He has been a great asset to us guiding us to good health by way of his care and advice for healthy living. We get to see him on very short notice when need arises thanks to his courteous staff. We have moved away from this area but planning on coming back to him for our future consultations.

I have been a patient of Dr. H for many, many years and have never had anything but the best experiences in his office. Staff have always been helpful and I appreciate the response time when I call with questions or expect a call regarding test results. You should hope Dr. H IS taking new patients!
