First, please understand that I too am a psychologist. So I do not take leaving a bad review lightly. But I also take my job very seriously. Clients reach out at their most vulnerable, and if we ignore them, that may be it. I believe we have a sacred duty to return a call, even if we can’t help them. To help them out and be a kind human. To this point, Simon was simply put, useless and made matters worse. We scheduled thru MMW for him to see my 10 yo son virtually. Simon never logged on for the session and did not reply to any messages that day. We had to followup for DAYS with MMW and Simon to get any reply. And there was never an apology. Simon then texted us sporadically to schedule, and ended up ghosting us. I even texted him to politely ask him to please let us know if he could not work my son into his caseload, and if he might have any referral ideas. Still no response. I would not recommend this charlatan to anyone.
