I agree with what another person commented, this Dr Kalra is completely heartless, callous! Upon prompting I shared the traumas I’ve been through and she gave me the furrowed brow the “Aw” but it felt very mechanical like I’d told her I’d been in a fender bender. The next time I met with her via virtual meeting she showed very little empathy as if I was a bother. I’m trying my best to get myself together after immense grief and Dr Kalra acted like I was ridiculous for requesting support, I was left in awe at her lack of empathy for people in crisis. I 100% regret sharing my traumas with her. You’re dealing with people who are fragile and in crisis. Have some compassion for Gods sake!

She was excellent to work with, listened to my issues and helped me through a really tough time.

Dr. Kalra is so compassionate and caring. Goes beyond her call to follow through. She was punctual, returned my calls and spent time to explain

Don’t be fooled by her false empathy. “Aw.” The concerned look created by the furrow she makes between her eye brows with her lips turned slightly downward into a frown. “Aw.” This woman, Dr. Kalra, is a totally heartless MD. Quite frankly I’m left wondering if Kaiser actually vetted her at all or realizes how truly passive aggressive she is to some of her patients. Dr. Kalra doesn’t care. Does Kaiser?
