Dr. Soledad Oblena Lee, MD

The receptionist is horrible!!! She doesn't practice good customer service. Patients go to their doctor because they're sick or regular check up and they don't need any other stressor. But this receptionist is a real stressor. She's not Filipino so not very respectful!!!!

My parents have been seeing Dr.Lee for a long time. And i seen Dr.Lee for two visits. My second visit with her i decided that i will not ever want to return to her. i have been trying hy hardest to pull my dad away from her care because she always seems to be unorganized. i feel maybe Dr.Lee would be able to concentrate more on her patients if she had MORE STAFF who are ABLE to help her. she answers her own phones, schedules her own patients and is in and out in between pt visits. i work for a Dr.s office. Its just very unprofessional. i like Dr.lee. i just wish she was a little more free to genuinely spend time with her patients. because of that i cant risk my parents health in the hands of someone who isnt 100% there. her office needs a MAJOR CLEAN UP and add MORE STAFF whos actually HELPFUL! BTW Maria is cool. (sometimes)

I read the previous reviews and take exception to the writers. We have gone to Dr. Lee for 30 some years and have no complaints. She does what is expected of her. No, she isn't going to hold your hand. She is a professional with a very clean track record. Going to any doctor is a challenge time wise. When I call for an appointment, we're seen within 24 hours. Sometimes the way you're treated is directly related to how you treat that person. The staff IS courteous and friendly. The waiting area is fine. I like the idea that I'm not paying for fancy art pieces, furniture, etc. Dr. Lee is dedicated to giving the best of care to her patients

The staff are not courteous, I remember the names of the staff very well, the front desk girl "Maria" rolled her eyes after I asked her a question twice. Afterwards she laughed and disputed my questioning with another employee "Anne" and joked about it. I waited an hour and 10 minutes after having a scheduled appointment which I arrived 15 minutes prior to. Then I waited about 25 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Doctor Lee seemed concerned but disoriented at times like if she were stressed out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The staff are un courteous, they seem to not listen to what the patients are asking them. Unprofessional i may say. They let you wait at the office for an hour and on the phone 15 mins. Hadn't I hang up and called back they would've let me wait longer. The most important lab test that i was following up took them more than two weeks to give me the result. The office is too messy as well.

I'm sorry but I really felt very UNCOMFORTABLE with this doctor. I had to wait about 3 hours with an appointment and after that long wait, she did not even come in the room to meet with me and ask me of my symptoms, she had her assistants do everything. She was out in the hallway the whole time on her computer. 3 months later, I found out (through another doctor) that my situation was not properly assesed and was given wrong medicinal treatment. I also discovered that she interpreted my lab reports incorrectly. I was extremely upset. I feel that she does not spend enough time with the patients to really fully understand what is going on. I would not recommend going to a doctor that puts your life at risk.

2 hours wait with appt.i was not told about exam result,called her was told everything was ok after a year called her back due to abnormal result on my new doctor only to found out my test been abnormal for a year.very unprofessional to tell me that she told me about the test result instead of apologizing,who would believe her if my health is at stake!!!dirty clinic!!!i would never ever see and recommend this doctor!!im writing this for future victim of this doctor!!
