Dr. Solomon Mark Swierdsiol, MD

Went to this doctor and he only could offer me pain pills. I went to my doctor who gave me a different diagnosis. Do not know how this so call doctor even received his medical degree. The office staff is very rude and wait time is forever when one is called back to the exam room.I would not recommend going to this doctor who is a quack.

Absolutely clueless and borderline senile. Staff is indifferent. As a patient, I would repeatedly request information from this office and never receive a call back, much less have the request fulfilled. It is absolutely beyond me how any person would provide a positive rating to this guy,

I can't imagine how someone would give a four-star review for this doctor's office. Overall, the medical service here is EXTREMELY slow and the medical staffs' manner is very rude. When I first time visited the office, I waited more than 45 mins after check-in without being called. Out of patience I asked the front desk why it took that long, they told me I will be called shortly. Then 15mins later they called me and complained me that I didn't told they I was a new patient. ?! Isn't this their job to find out and make proper arrangement? And it sounds ridiculous that it is patients' fault to be left unattended forever without claiming him/her new. Fine, maybe that was an accident so I didn't mind too much. Then I saw Dr. Swierdsiol and he asked me to take a CT scan. After taken the scan the radiologist told me that the result will be sent to Dr. Swierdsiol in one day, and the doctor should call me for the diagnosis in two or three days. Not being called after two days and being… anxious to rule out the possibility for a tumor, I called the office and was told that they have quite a few reports waiting to be diagnosed, and they will call me "tomorrow". Not being called towards to end of "tomorrow", I called instead but was told "tomorrow" again. Being dubious this time I asked the lady asking the phone if she could be for sure, and she said yes. And you can guess what happened next --- they didn't keep the promise and in the late of the next day when I called in I got pushed to two days later -- a Saturday. I was very unsatisfied and complained about their not being able to keep their promise over and over again, the lady answering the phone --- the same lady always --- was quite indifferent and had bad manner which seems that I had been doing wrong, But now it is about 7:00pm on Saturday, they missed their promise again. I am really annoyed this time and that's the reason you are viewing this review. So I recommend you never come to this office if you don't want to waste your time and risk your life.
