Dr. Sonali Lal is the Medical Director of Integrative Spine and Sports. A trained NYC physiatrist, Dr. Lal specializes in musculoskeletal and sports medicine, treating acute injuries and chronic conditions, as well as providing advanced pain management in Manhattan.Dr. Lal is board-certified to diagnose and treat common and complex spine, joint, tendon, muscle and nerve problems. Using non-invasive orthopedic medicine, her goal is to prevent unnecessary surgeries and to get busy New Yorkers back to work or play as quickly and painlessly as possible.
