Dr. Sonja Britt Borgstrom, MD

I would not recommend Dr Borgstrom. It was terribly difficult to make an appointment with her and when I finally was able to I had to wait 30 min and it felt like she was trying to rush our appointment, not listening to me and giving very generic answers to my question. I even felt judged and bad when she didn't agree with the treatment method I was using. When the problem I had persisted even after her incorrect diagnosis and I tried to contact her by phone and email I was never contacted back. And after her failure to communicate I tried to follow up with another appointment she again had no availability. Needless to say I am going to a different doctor now who has the time for me, correctly diagnosed my issue and treats me with kindness. Take my advice, find a different doctor.

I have been working with Dr. Borgstrom for the past year and she is awesome. She seems to truly care about the well being of her patients. She coordinates with other doctors and specialists to ensure that I receive the best care possible as well as having a nurse case manager assigned to assist me navigating the maze that is healthcare. I would recommend this doctor in a heartbeat!!
