Sonya refused to add a TB test that I needed for school to the rest of my routine labs telling me I’d need to make another appointment. Stunning lack of courtesy and respect for my time and money. Clearly just wanted to collect an additional copay. I didn’t feel like this warranted a second visit and certainly did not need any exam or diagnostics. This would’ve taken 10 extra seconds of her time. I’d avoid this practitioner.

I had the worst experience ever visiting Dr Sonya Patel at the AllCare Ballston branch. She only attended to me for less than 5 mins but incorrectly charged the wrong code for evaluation and diagnosis complexity to rack up the bill. And to make it worse the antibiotics she prescribed gave me a terrible reaction. I reached out to explain the concerns to All Care and they just dismissed it and charged me further for a follow up visit. After several emails back and forth I had to eventually pay the bill as I did not want to default on my bills but I was treated very unfairly and its very unprofessional of her to not address it once despite the complaints. i would not recommend anyone going to her. Please save your health, time and money.
