This man brought be back to life. He was the 3rd hand doctor I saw and I liked his opinion best. He took a chance despite my MRI not looking too remarkable and he found out my tendon sheath was worn away from an old fracture. That was 12 weeks, casts,surgery and PT ago. I am cleared as of next week and what that means is for the first time in almost 3 years: I am putting on a seatbelt without pain, I will be able to pour milk from the milk carton, I will be able to clean my other arm in the shower without stabbing pain! Of course so many other things that we take for granted. Never did I feel rushed, never was he frustrated, his bedside manner is phenomenal. I have had many many orthopedics in my life, and this man made me feel comfortable which most don’t. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dr.Moore was so polite and professional and shows great care and compassion for his patients. Takes time to discuss and weigh options. I would highly recommend and definitely glad I had the opportunity to meet him and become a patient of his.

Came in as a new patient suspecting tennis elbow. Had a 9:30 appointment with Dr. Moore, and it was about an hour wait before I was taken back for an x-ray. So I missed some work there, but Dr. Moore was kind, efficient, and provided great advice for the long slow process of healing. Every sentence he spoke helped me understand this condition a little better.

Today 7/24 follow up Sling reqirement removed and car driving permitted! Dr Moore did a Reverse Shoulder rebuild on 6/15/2026 with a 2 week follow up. Operation experience and recovery have been pain free (2days of nerve block). Doing PT 2 times a week with Fyzical. Good recommendation! Excellent everything! Don't see how it could be any better...

Dr. Moore is always through. Today was my post op appointment but I’m having new issues with another body part. He listened ran test and had my diagnosed and out the door with a plan and a referral. I would highly recommend him and Carolina Hand

Spencer Moore is the best hand surgeon in my opinion! He is extremely talented, friendly, and professional! He has always entered the room with an extended arm and a handshake. With a smile on his face! He looks me dead in the eye when we talk and is always open to answer any questions or concerns I may have! I had carpal tunnel surgery not even 3 months ago and the procedure went so well that I’m getting my left hand done the end of this month! I recommend Spencer Moore 100 percent!
