Dr. Sridhar Nambi, MD

I started seeing Dr. Nambi 6 months ago, he may be knowledgeable, however every time I have been there he has a student, he spends more time speaking to student than he does to me, his staff maybe the rudest people I have ever encountered. I tried to give him chances I have seen him 3 times and that is it. I can see if even 1 out of 3 were fine, that is not the case it is 0 out of 3. He needs to learn to listen and communicate and get a new Staff. So RUDE! I have read comments on line and have to agree regarding the inept of his staff.

I have been a patient of doctor Nambi for multiple years. He has treated my type 1 diabetes, hypo thyroid and recently even helped me manage my diabetes when I was treated for cancer. He listens and takes time with each patient. He is truly one of the most caring , compassionate and brilliant doctors I have had the fortune to call doctor. My entire family respects and trusts him implicitly. Through the years I have had ups and down but my treatment has always been handled most professionally and on point. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an endrocronologist.

DR Nambi is knowledgeable, but his staff is horrible especially Jennifer, she has to be one of the most rude people I have ever met. I have heard her make fun of patients, she is rude she will make you wait at the window without acknowledgement while on personal calls. It is a shame that she represents the doctor in this way. They really need to change the staff, they act arrogant as if the patients are an inconvenience.

I have been going for Dr. Nambi for nearly 10 years and let me tell you: HE IS THE SMARTEST MAN I have ever known! It is amazing when you can just sit in his office and just hear him speak. My favorite line that he always states is: “according to literature...”. He most likely has a wait-list but he is worth the wait. I just recently was admitted to the hospital and the attending physician knew Dr. Nambi and didn’t even hesitate to call Dr. Nambi. Once Dr. Nambi knew I was admitted, he called me to check up on things. He didn’t need to call me on a weekend when it is not office hours; but he did it anyways and that shows a lot about his character, personality and the heart of gold that he has. You can tell Dr. Nambi enjoys what he does and he is so knowledgable in so many different levels. He is so worth and such a humble and amazing person! He truly loves what he does and it is noticeable!

As a type 1 diabetic I would only consider trusting this amazing caring and knowledgeable Doctor He and his staff are so caring ! The best

I have been a patient of Dr. Nambi for over 10 years. He is one of the most knowledgable physicians that I know. I deal with a lot of physicians in my occupation and can say he is extremely well educated and respected. HOWEVER, there are a few reasons why I made the decision to recently leave his office. Having a good physician is a good first step however having a physician you can actually speak to on the phone and discuss test results or anything else for that matter is impossible. His office staff is extremely rude and they have no empathy for their patients. It should be embarrassing to him and his entire staff how poorly they manage the communication piece. There are way too many other good endos in the area to deal with the nonsense that takes place in this office. A waste a good talent in my mind.

Dr.Nambi is kind and has an excellent bedside manner. He diagnosed me accurately and treated me appropriately. Always treated me with respect.I have been with him 10 years.

I was not impressed with Dr. Nambi for several reasons. One of my biggest problems with him was that he did not call a female nurse in before examining me (I'm also female). While he was examining my neck, I was looking at him and he PUSHED MY FACE AWAY while saying "Shhh calm down" every time I tried to look at him. Needless to say, I was not calm and very disturbed by his lack of respect. He attempted to make a diagnosis that was uninformed, incorrect, and not even a real disease (tampon-induced anaphylaxis). I would not recommend seeing him, especially if you are a female patient.

He is a great doctor ,I would recomend him
