No one answers the phone or returns calls or emails. I have left so many messages with his office and can't get my prescription refilled. DO NOT USE THIS DR.

This provider is absolutely horrible. They never answer calls. They never return calls. They never get your prescriptions to you on time. Every time I request prescriptions the request either goes completely ignored or takes multiple follow up calls and emails just to get simple prescriptions. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. PATIENTS BEWARE! The staff is lazy. The doctor is lazy. They do not care about their patients. STAY AWAY FROM HARPETH FAMILY MEDICINE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If I could leave zero stars I would

He is Sorry. I didn't and don't like him at all. very bad with people. And he did not know what was going on. He was not preped at all.

I am a full time caregiver for my Mom, who's longtime doctor changed practice. It took 2 years of searching for an excellent doctor who is meticulous, modern in approach (including electronic records), caring and intensely intelligent. He has recently opened his own practice and I would encourage anyone looking for an excellent doctor to get 'in' while the gettin's good.
