Dr. Stacey Beth Charnes, MD

I never leave reviews for anything but I’m trying to save people from wasting their time and going to dr charnes. She is so rude and not nice. If I didn’t understand something she laugh or answer with sarcasm. She’s very unprofessional.

Horrible. Made me wait in the pt room with gown on for 45 minutes before seeing me. There were few pts, empty office, so not sure why the wait was so long. Do not recommend!

The worst part of my pregnancy was that she happened to be on call for the delivery of my daughter when Dr. Kanarek was not available.

I was very disappointed in the services provided at this facility. As a new patient you would just expect more time with the doc. The questions were basic and routine. It felt like conveyor belt medical treatment. I cannot even put into words my feelings of disappointment and disgust with her bedside manner. Funny there are people that rave about her and I am so baffled by that. I tell you I will never go back to this office. I am on the hunt for a new GYN one that is caring and has better people skills and has an actual conversation with you about what is going on and what your concerns are. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. #SMH

I was treated like a piece of meat and my questions and concerns were not addressed. It was an uncomfortable appointment that did little to help or clarify anything.

Dr. Charles is very knowledgeable and thorough. She goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are well taken care of.

Love her! I've been going to her for 16 years. She has gotten me through my first pregnancy as well as the 5 miscarriages that happened after the birth of my child. She will always answer any questions. She can seem rushed at times - but all you have to do is say I have more questions and she will take all the time with you that you need (which is the same not what I have found with all doctors). The practice has some wonderful office staff that remember each patient. I highly recommend Dr. Charnes especially if you want a doctor who knows what you are going through, will look for the root of any problem, and will give you an honest answer without all the sugar coating - Dr. Charnes is direct and I appreciate a doctor who treats me like an adult.

She is intelligent but not nice or reassuring

Dr. Charnes delivered my son 14 hrs ago and has been my GYN for over 10 years. She's seen me through many ups and downs and has always had my best interest at heart. Wonderful bedside manner, gentle and professional. She is a Dr. that truly cares about her patients. ..

I've been going here for about 3 years and Dr. Charnes is a great doctor, but with that comes along with the horrible staff. The women at the front desk are EXTREMELY nasty and rude. Because of this I no longer go here. They don't care about the patients, and always have an attitude from the moment you walk in. I do not recommend going here because of how rude and nasty the staff is. Very unprofessional.
