Very nasty snarky fake attitude. Unwilling and unsympathetic towards helping her patients.

Wow! Read the review above and I now validated in my decision to leave this doctor. She and her staff seemed to behave as if anything "extra" was a total bother. I,too, required a short letter documenting health status and I was given the run-around and lots of attitude from her male nurse. I shouldn't have been surprised because that type of behavior trickles down from the leader. Very disappointing because I searched for a doctor that my daughter would be proud in this profession. Took my search elsewhere

Dr Richardson has a horrible "bedside manner", speaks with disdain and contempt for elderly patients for whom she is charged to serve. She does not follow up as promised and is incredibly snarky. I have not had the opportunity to find any silver lining and from what I can tell, if she is skilled or knowledgeable in any way, she should consider research or the laboratory away from human life.

My first time being seen by Dr. Richardson was great, the office staff was polite and helpful, there was not much of a wait time. The issue came when I needed to get a document stating my health status. I spoke to both the nurse and Dr. Richardson during my visit, I then spoke to multiple people on the phone over three weeks following my appointment and was unsuccessful. I expressed that there was a deadline for submitting this document and I was repeatedly told that a note would be put into my file. I was not informed of a simple test that needed to be done in order to receive this document and when going to pick it up I stressed how I was on a time limit because of work. I arrived ten mins after the office had opened and had to wait an hour for this letter. I had to ask multiple times how long it would take because I needed to get to work. I was then late for work by an hour and a half which then interrupted my entire day. Unlike most people I do not have the kind of career that… allows me to clock out at 5pm regardless of the time I start my day. I am very disappointed in the lack of consideration for my time. As much as I enjoyed my initial visit I am going to reconsider returning for future care.
