Everything went DOWN THE DRAIN when HIS WIFE went to work with him. She thinks she knows everything to do with the office but in fact she knows nothing. That is no longer a good office and they are always very rude.. VERY MONEY HUNGRY AS WELL!!! I will never go back to that office!!!

Dr. Demorest used to be a good doctor but things started to fall apart when he left River Grove Clinic and moved to Elmwood Park and is now at Westlake Hospital at 1111 Superior st.Since he brought his new wife Kelly and her daughter to work in his last two offices, he is not the same person. You wait over an hour to be seen and when they finally get to you; you are either directed to take a drug test or you are fortunate to see Dr. Demorest who spends 5 minutes tops with you.The women are totally ignorant and unprofessional. I have witnessed the terrible way they treat a lot of the patients. The nurse walks on egg shells scared to death of the Dr.'s wife Kelley and her daughter.I really admired this man and for many years was a patient of his but I can no longer handle being treated like a trash can when I go to see the doctor. I am done with it all, the overbilling etc. I hope for Dr. Demorest's sake he wakes up and smells the coffee before he loses the good patients.
