Fantastic experience all the way around. Dr. Fitch spends a lot of time explaining the procedure and recovery. Her surgery was perfect and her bedside manner is very caring.

She explained in detail about my eye lid surgery, what to expect from then until my recovery. Everything she told me was exact. My eye lids look amazing! After almost 20 years dealing with thyroid disease, I needed a thyroidectomy to resolve the issues I had with Graves. A year after that surgery and getting my medication on track, Dr. Fitch performed an upper and lower eyelid lift surgery to correct the problem of puffy, swollen eyelids I had dealt with for years. There was minimal pain, the recovery went exactly as described, and I could not be happier with the results. I would whole heartedly recommend Dr. Fitch and her team of specialists for this procedure.

For me, Dr. Fitch was first of all, very capable! She came well recommended by my PA who viewed the result of another of Dr. Fitch's patients and sent me to her. The results of my lid lifts were amazing. She was kind, caring and very accessible. I really felt that she gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She is up-beat, very down-to-earth and so nice. The aftercare was great, too. She is wonderful. She has given me a whole new lease on life at the age of 67!
