Dr. Steele S Belok, MD

Dr. Belok is great. He is mine as well as my husband's doctor and we are both very happy with him. He is not only experienced and knowledgeable, but very patient. He takes time to listen to you and to think. He is also very prompt getting back to you with lab results or with any questions you have.

During a recent visit Drs comments were embarrassing and demoralizing Claimed I take too many pills in spite of the fact he prescribed all of them and was not offered follow up.

By far, Dr. Belok is the gentlest and kindest medical doctor I have ever encountered. His compassion and caring manner speak volumes about his character. His office staff are also wonderfully kind and proficient, making the dreaded doctor's office visit actually quite a pleasant one.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Belok's office to anyone who asks. They really, really take the time to understand exactly what is wrong and do their homework before jumping to any conclusions. It feels like they see each patient as a unique challenge and really work to ensure they walk away feeling like the full expertise of the office is being used to assist you. Everyone is friendly and well-mannered. It is conveniently near the T and located in Mt. Auburn Medical Office Building, where referrals for specialists and diagnostics can often be scheduled same-day. My only minor complaint is that the physical office is somewhat small, which can be awkward as patients shuffle around the small waiting area where you can sometimes overhear other's medical follow up's with the receptionist.

Very clinically experienced with alot of medical knowledge. Very caring and compassionate Doctor. Staff in the office were relaxed and efficient and the Nurse Practioner was very kind and knowlegeable too. She works closely with Dr. Belok

I like Dr. Belok, but his staff leaves much to be desired. From the receptionist yawning in my face, to his wife (who helps out in the office) making fun of my name when she thought I couldn't hear, to the extremely condescending attitude of his nurse, to just the general rushed feeling of every appointment I've had, not to mention the LONG wait for every appointment even though I get there on time... it is time for me to find a new primary care physician. Sorry Dr. Belok, but I'm fed up with feeling worse when I leave your office than I did when I arrived.

Dr. Belok is kind and mild mannered. He is very caring and always follows up with his patients.

Dr. Belok is a very caring, compassionate physician. He and his staff gives their undivided attention to your concerns and he listens to what you have to say. I must say, out of all my 46 yrs he's the best physician I've ever had.

AMAZING!

Very through and detail-oriented in conducting an annual physical exam. Efficient with his time, but covers everything and encourages questions and comments from the patient. Works very well in tandem with his staff nurse-practitioner - Bonnie Norden. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new PCP.
