Dr. Ash seems like a nice person face to face, but the reality is that she is money hungry and doesn’t really care about her patients. I would strongly recommend avoiding this practice. They force you to prepay for everything if you’re having a baby, even if you have insurance. They claim they will reimburse you, but they don’t without a fight. I was right on the edge of getting a lawyer to see if what she is doing is even legal. Do not give them your money for services not yet rendered unless you don’t want to get it back. If they don’t like it, go somewhere else. My wife was in tears. Her staff is incredibly rude as well. Dr. Ash hides behind her staff and makes them deal with their insane billing policies. I honestly feel bad for them. It completely disgusted me. After reading the other reviews on here I see that this is a common occurrence. It truly bothers me.

Rude staff any time I have talked to them, sent paperwork to my mom's house whom I rarely speak too, didn't call to remind me about an appointment and wouldn't see me after the ER tried to refer me over to them a month later. They truly don't care about your well being or what has been going on in your life.

New to the area, I went to Dr. Ash unknowingly. I attempted to get a birth control implant, which she was unable to insert and then sent me to get an ultrasound to see what the issue was - of which there was no issue but I had to call four times to get the results. Implants at that time were covered under the ACA, however she coded it so that insurance would not cover the failed attempt at insertion. Her office manager refused to follow up with the doctor about the coding and I was sent to collections for $220 for the visit when it yielded NOTHING. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this uncaring facility and doctor. I refuse to pay this bill.

I was referred by my family doctor to treat a GYN problem of uterine mass and fibroids! My family doctor suggested that a hysterscopy was the next best option and Dr. Ash had zero interest and stated it was not necessary for such a small polyp and kept wanting to push the IUD and mentioned on multiple occasions that the IUD was 100% covered by my insurance! I can appreciate someone trying to save me money however, when it comes down to solving the problem I don’t care if I have to pay when it benefits my health! Needless to say...I found my solution in solving my problem elsewhere and finally at peace! Sometimes being your own advocate is best!

Professional, Trustworthy, knowledgeable! Very caring! Her bedside manner is top notch!

I waited over an hour after my appointment. When I went to inquire how much longer it would be, her staff was very rude. When I finally got to see Dr. Ash, she hurried me through my problem, like I was not important. She is not even close to worth your time!

My PCP referred me to Dr. Ash after some concerns raised during my annual check up. I've always been very healthy with no family history of serious illness. I was very concerned and worried, to say the least. Dr. Ash came into the exam room and chatted about my history, reviewed my test results from my PCP and put my mind at ease by explaining the procedure she was going to do. Very professional and courteous and VERY hospitable and friendly. She and her staff treated me with the utmost respect, explained things in layman's terms and made me feel like I was "Patient of the day" !!

She delivered my son and was VERY RUDE during the delivery . When I arrived at the hospital in full blown labor she actually asked where did you come from you took forever to get here like I was messing up her day or something . I have 2 other kids I had to get to their grandmas and had to get my husband home before I could come in . So it took about 45 mins from the time I called the answering service until I was at the hospital . I will never have her deliver another baby of mine ever . I will find a different OB for my next baby . The worst part was she had the nerve to raise her voice to me when I was starting to push . She said loudly , YOU NEED TO MOVE DOWN AND STOP CLIMBING UP THE BED . I said sorry and moved down but when you are 10 cm with a baby ready to be born and are doing it all natural the last thing you need is your dr yelling at you . Plus I was having horrible back labor and didnt want to be on my back and she wouldnt let me change positions . She was not easy… to work with in labor and for that reason she will never be my dr again . Thank goodness I was only there about 35 mins before I delivered so I didnt have to deal with her for very long .
