I’m 66 but my husband is 8 years younger. I have Medicare plan a only. We have bcbs thru his work. They refused to see me because I might go on Medicare b at some point, even though he will probably work for years.

This doctor decides what to do with patients without understanding or listening to the patient. You're dealing with enough fighting a disease, don't waste your time and money on someone who has made up her mind before even talking to you.

After jumping through hoops for her office to provide evidence of an autoimmune issue (which I have been hospitalized and verified by numbers other doctors). After spending hours getting these records to her so she could 'select' me to be a patient of hers the office staff called and said they needed to ask additional questions before allowing me to schedule, jumping further hoops for a preliminary consultation to be her patient. It is very clear that if I was treated this way just to schedule, being a patient would have been a nightmare. I went online because I was fooled by the Google reviews and found YELP reviews to describe all the other experiences as horrible and many were actual patients. Those reviews show a horrible bedside manner. I guess them blowing me off was a blessing in disguise, want the real story read numerous YELP reviews and find another doctor. There are many amazing doctors here in Austin, and it surprises me that this doctor treats patients this way,… with the reviews I read, her reputation will soon precede her.

I love Dr. Booth. She listens to me, and she never makes me feel like she is rushed. She is my favorite doctor!

Stephanie is wonderful. I went undiagnosed for a long time and there fore have been difficult to treat. She is not willing to settle with just okay, she wants the best results we can get. Her staff sometimes leaves a bit to be desired in getting prescriptions filled but they are very good about returning calls.

Dr. Booth truly listens to me during my appointments. She is a compassionate, intelligent physician who really cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.

Exceptional treatment from doctor Booth. She's kept me in good health for almost 10 years now.

Dr. Booth and her office are the worst organized group I have ever dealt with. Prescriptions run out before the next appointment is scheduled and it takes days to get someone on the phone to get the meds renewed. Don't even consider this office if you need insurance forms filled out. There is a $25 fee for each form Dr. Booth fills out and another $25 fee if the form requires doctor's notes to be faxed along with it. In addition to the ridiculous fees, Dr. Booth reserves the right to take up to two weeks to fill out your forms. My disability insurance was unable to pay my weekly claims because Dr. Booth didn't get the forms turned in before the due dates, more than once. I have been with Dr. Booth's office for only two months and I hope I will never have to return. On a brighter note, Marcella, the lovely woman at the front desk, is always helpful and patient and tries to help when Crystal and Dr. Booth fail to finish tasks on time.

Dr. Booth is EXTREMELY knowledgable in the field of scleroderma. I highly recommend her for autoimmune diseases as she definitely knows how to diagnose and help with the management of these diseases.

I really like Dr. Booth. I feel that she actually cares and does the best she can to help manage your symptoms. She takes time to listen to all concerns and questions that you might have. She also explains all lab results thoroughly and makes treatment changes accordingly. Her staff, on the other hand, is very difficult to deal with. They have no sympathy whatsoever for the fact that you have a chronic illness. They are rude and have no place in customer service-type jobs. It is almost impossible to get through to speak to the doctor in an emergency. If it wasn't for her accurate diagnosis and genuine interest in the patient, I would have never gone back the second time.
