I would not recommend this Neurologist. Office Manager was very unprofessional when questioned about the HIPPA laws and discharged the client when questioned.

Very caring. From moment one she listened to me. She learned about my case and made me feel at ease.

Doctors have no concept at all of how important it is that their office staff makes a good impression. My rheumatologist's office staff told me to call my primary and "tell him what's going on and get a referral to a neurologist." My insurance doesn't require a referral and my primary has no idea what has been going on with my chronic illness or the subsequent symptoms, so I just looked up a neurologist on the provider list. I began to tell the woman who answered the phone that my rheumatologist told me to see a neurologist and *in the middle of talking*, the woman interrupted me and told me that the doctor has to send a note with a reason for the referral. I said that I have a PPO and don't need a referral and he is the one who *told* me to call a neurologist, and she said, "We don't work like that." So, I'm basically supposed to either call back my rheumatologist and twist their arm to send info that they weren't willing to send in the first place, obviously, (by shoving me off to… the primary) OR I'm supposed to get my primary to send notes to a neurologist when he has no idea what has been going on with me. Plus, I definitely don't even want to go to THAT office now, if they can't handle a potential new patient with some common courtesy. She could have scheduled the appointment and then requested that my doctor send records and/or notes.

Dr Carinci has an awful bedside manner. She's rude and verbally short with her patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carinci many years. She is thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable of my condition of Multiple Sclerosis.

Wow, where do I start? Dr. Carinci is the first doctor that hasn't rushed in and rushed out. When she gave me the news that I have MS, she was caring and her staff has been professional. She is a God-send who gives me hope. She actually listens carefully to me and I feel confident in her ability to treat me.

Dr Carinci and staff are the best. They are caring, efficient, and most of all, skilled. Thank you for being who you are Dr Carinci and staff! Please don't ever change!

my wait time was very short, doctor took time to listen to me and explained what she needed to do in order to diagnos me and treat me. great bedside manor and great personality. we need more doctors like Dr. Stephanie Carinci. keep up the good work and don't change.

I switched to Dr. Carinci when I moved, and she is fantastic! She made sure that she didn't "over-medicate" and worked hard at finding the minimum dosage for my medication to be effective. My last doctor just gave me the standard dosage and didn't worry about if it was too high. I never have a problem getting an appointment and she often tells me to just call rather than come in and pay for a visit for her just to tell me my bloodwork is OK.
