The office staff especially the desk manager needs serious training in how to treat people. They are only there to take money and send you away. Hardly doing no harm.

Three apointments and she was from 30 minutes to 45 minute late and could not tell me when she could get to me and haveing just returned from surgery and feeling week she should have been more caring.

When I first started going to this Dr. I made it clear that I only wanted to see her and not her nurse practitioner because I have extensive medical history. Every time I went I was told the Dr had an emergency and had to leave. Her nurse practitioner told me she used to work for a weight loss clinic where she said she laughed at the treatments that were used. I sat once in the waiting room for 1hr but I was once 5 minutes late and she refused to see me.

I have been seeing Dr. Eldridge for about 7 years. She has always been very kind, caring and takes time with me. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Was with this doctor over a year seen her only once . seen Kyle the other times. evey time i went they wanted to get blood test done. Then i wold have to come back so they could read them to me. I bet i went five times in a year.This really a good one i owed them moneyinstead of calling before my app. in front of people in the office said they couldnt see me unless i paid my bill. That is not profesional plus very enbearsing. I will not go back!!!!!!

Dr Eldridge and I decided on a medication for me and after almost 2 hours in the office, being interviewe by 2 nurses then the doctor herself, she failed to send the prescription to my pharmacy. I then left 2 messages for her, and she never called me back or called in the meds!!! This place is in it for the mOney and could care less about the individual patients. I am a mom of 2 small children, and hardly get the chance to go to the doc myself. She wasted my entire morning, betrayed me, and has never corrected the problem

Dr. Eldrige is so caring. Good young doctor to care for me and my family. Her advise and being my doctor is priceless. She is so important to my family. She is a nice person, caring doctor and good Christian!

I had an early morning appointment but still waited over 20 minutes to see the doctor. Doctor only stayed in the room with me for maybe 10 minutes and made me feel rushed and uneasy. She did not have good bedside manner and just felt as if she was trying to get rid of me. I also had to pay for the visit because the office was having problems with my insurance and now they refuse to refund my money even though the insurance company paid them too. So the office got paid twice for my visit!

I ALWAYS FELT LIKE I WAS A BURDEN TO HER. SHE WOUKD REFFER ME OUT TO SPECIALISTS FOR THE SMALLIST THINGS. SHE QUIT ME BEFORE I COULD SEE MY NEW DOCTOR ...
