Dr. Stephanie Hiraki, DO

Dr Hiraki is fantastic. I really enjoyed meeting her. After one visit, I never saw her again. I was shuttled to NPs and PAs...and had to wait weeks and weeks to even see them. Not ONE of the items that Dr. Hiraki ordered (labs, sleep study, etc.) was processed correctly. The wait times once you get there are RIDICULOUS. I've walked out on an appointment because I was made to wait 30 minutes after I was put into an exam room. The waiting room has tape on half of the chairs. When one of the receptionists walk you back to the exam rooms, they put a "do not sit" card on your chair, but NO ONE Is cleaning the chairs. As a result, there were 6 elderly people STANDING in the waiting room because there were no seats. The check in person saw this and did not care, not one bit. I will never, never be back. Great doctor and abysmal practice management.

I can’t remember how many year I have been seeing Dr.Hiraki I was seeing her when she was downtown. She is wonderful and very caring. She has helped me through a lot of medical diagnostics and helped me to understand what to do to help myself. She got me of medication and believe me I was on a lot. I recommend her very highly to any age new patient. She also helped with my mother before she passed away she was very caring and gentle with her, I hope she knows how much that meant to me and my family.and her staff is always very nice they even know your name. Dr. Haraki is very thorough. She is very amicable and approachable.

Dr. Hiraki has been my doctor for over 5 years. At age 70, I can truly say that she is the best of any doctor I have had. She goes beyond to explain what is going on with your body so that you can understand and take steps to correct/or treat the illness.

Impossible to get an appointment with her even as an established patient. Office staff and manager are rude and condescending.

Fantastic Doctor. She is young, brilliant and listens to your questions, unlike many Dr's. I compose my questions ahead of time & haven't found anything yet she can't answer on the spot. Very thorough in reviewing lab results & adjusting med's and supplements to be safe and most effective. When your find a Dr. a man looks forward to visiting ... you have a keeper !

I have a pretty complicated medical history; take a multitude of medications and have numerous specialists. She manages my medications and is quick to offer advice in helping me to make decisions about my health. She respects the fact that I know my body and my health status and goes to great lengths to make sure I understand everything. The entire staff at AIM is very good. They return calls, answer emails, complete refills and go the extra mile to accommodate their patients. I have seen two other doctors there when Dr Hiraki was not available which makes it nice. At least if you need in fast, one of the physicians there will work you in. Great concept, great office. I'm looking forward to having one of these doctors take care of me when I am hospitalized instead of a hospitalist I have never heard of and who has no idea about my health status.

Dr. Hiraki is a wonderful addition to the AIM team. She is extremely kind and compassionate with her patients. She takes her time with each patient, fully listens to her patients, and explains treatment options thoroughly. For such a busy doctor in a busy practice, you never feel rushed, making appointments is easy and very accommodating. Dr. Hiraki, is always professional and has a smile on her face. I highly recommend Dr. Hiraki and the AIM team.
