Had an unplanned trip to the ER @ Mercyone Des Moines Medical Center today and had the great pleasure of having Dr. Stephanie Jean Turcotte taking care of me. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. But they have a gem in Dr. Stephanie Turcotte trauma and ER DO, as she made me feel valued and she cared about my needs and took care of them. Thanks to everyone that to care of me today 2-25-2026. I greatly appreciate you!!!

Dr. Turcotte helped me in the emergency room at mercy hospital. I couldn’t have had a better doctor. Very professional and calming.

I was treated by Dr. Turcotte in the ER at Mercy. I had experienced less than satisfactory results at this ER previously and had vowed to never go back. However, the ambulance went to Mercy ER. I was so pleasantly surprised by the wonderful care and understanding of Dr. Turcotte. Her thoroughness was very much appreciated and her bedside manner was great! I would definitely return to this ER if I could be assured I would see Dr Turcotte.
