He is a wonderful doctor - always has time to answer your questions and concerns. I would recommend him highly.

I wish I could give Dr. Buksh and his staff 10 stars. I've never met a Dr. in 36 years that actually takes the time to listen to me and prescribe with thoroughness. I never wait more than 20 minutes which is unheard of in all my experiences. The last time I was feeling awful and they were completely booked....so him and his MA stayed until almost 7p.m. to get me in! Every time I call or visit, him and his staff always get to me immediately and treat me with 100% of their attention. If you're tired of just being treated like another number, this is the place. Love love this office. What a blessing.

2 hour wait. I trusted Dr Buksh up until my last visit. I have no faith in him or his staff now. You have to call to get them to post results in your patient portal. They don’t care of your health and just have a preconceived diagnosis when you do get an appointment. I will be looking for another pcp.

It takes 15 - 20 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. (EVERY time I call for any reason). After running a series of tests, I always get half answers from his staff on the results. When I ask about my Hep C results, blood work, urine tests, etc..... they never know the answers. I asked for my blood tests to be mailed to me and they said they wouldn't unless I send them a self addressed envelope! REALLY?????? I had a ton of tests done last week and they only commented on 2 tests. What about the rest of the tests??? My wife and I will NEVER go back, and I probably won't ever see my recent test results. Why did I even bother to have tests done if I do not know the results???

Dr. Buksh exceeded all expectations on my first visit. Extremely friendly and thorough. He made me feel very welcome. Great doctor!

He's the BEST EVER!!!!

I have a very difficult time getting a prescription approved for refills in a timely manner. This has happened repeatedly. Dr. Buksh's nurse states that they are not receiving the requests. However, I have talked with the pharmacy team members as well as the pharmacist and this is not the case. The request has sometimes been faxed six to eight times. I waited well over a week for the prescription earlier this year. The nurse blames the problem on "sending the request electronically". In one conversation, she said that the pharmacy had not contacted the doctor's office at all. Later in the same conversation, she said "when I was talking to the pharmacy this morning". She totally contradicted herself. This problem is only happening with one prescription. Another prescription that is sent to the same pharmacy from Dr. Buksh's office is always filled on time. I find this very odd.

I went to Dr. Buksh because someone close to me recommended him. I stayed with him for about a year. The doctor did not spend nearly enough time with me and would never really work with my current condition. I was in pain all of the time and he said that I was stressed. I left him and found another doctor who is top rated in her field who discovered, after a few months of testing, that I actually have a disease that needed immeidate attention.
