I am truly grateful and blessed to have found Dr Burks to do my surgery. After suffering so long, Dr Burks took the time to listen to and evaluate my symptoms and compare them with what the MRI was showing. After putting the two together he came up with the best treatment plan to conservatively protect the stability of my back which I truly appreciate. This is after I had been another doctor who spent 5 minutes with me and offered another surgical procedure that was extreme and unnecessary. He made me feel like I was not just another patient to get through, but how he would treat a member of his own family. From pre-op, surgery and now recovery, Dr Burks has been amazing and available to answer any questions. I am looking forward to a good recovery and would highly recommend Dr Burks for any spine issues you have.

This is after another doctor spent 5 minutes with me and offered an extreme and unnecessary surgery. He treated me more like a member of his family than just another patient. From pre-op to recovery Dr Burks has been amazing. Would highly recommend him for anyone with spinal issues.

Dr. Burks is very thorough when explaining the procedure and also the possible prognosis. He is very well mannered in the clinic and also at bedside in the hospital. I would highly recommend him as your neurosurgeon especially for peripheral nerve surgery.

Great professional doctor. I have two kids and would recommend him for treatment for his specialty. The perfect doctor... patience, professional, and follows-up appropriately. I highly recommend anyone to see Dr. Burks for neurosurgery care!!! The best!!!
