Dr. Stephen Charles Collins, MD

Dr. Collins himself is quite good, but he is mostly absent in the moments that matter. 9 times out of 10 you’re going to see a graduate student in training. To make matters worse, communication between departments is somewhere between lacking and non-existent. When arriving for a procedure, no information is provided to the spouse, as the other spouse is taken away for an indeterminate amount of time. This happens during every visit to this doctor. I recommend you stay away from him at all costs. We have been seeing him for two years and so far we’ve only accomplished needing an ambulance to come to our house to fix his mistakes. He hasn’t successfully completed a single procedure in two years. This is for a patient who was 29 at the beginning of treatment. Not a difficult medical situation by any stretch of the imagination. But his office is so incompetent, it doesn’t matter how well he knows his stuff. Don’t judge his office based on him. Based it on how everyone else there ignores… you and brushes you off while giving you contradicting medical advice that is practically indecipherable. If consumer knew what these people were getting paid, they’d be public ally flogged.
