Doctor Ducey was great, however his staff wasn’t. I had difficulty to schedule appointments for surgery. Surgical coordination Christina wasn’t returning my calls. Had to escalate to billing manager Marianne, who was also giving incorrect information. This experience was frustrating and left bad impression.

Dr. Ducey has operated on my knee and shoulder. I would highly recommend him for his skill, compassion and results!

Dr Ducey came highly recommended, yet far exceeded my expectations. I had been in constant shoulder pain for 18 months post injury, but when I got to Dr Ducey I instantly felt I was in the right place. Dr Ducey is knowledgeable and kind and when he stated, “You’re going to be ok” I believed that possible for the first time in a very long time. Dr Ducey did all appropriate testing, trials and referrals, then diagnosed quickly. When shoulder surgery was indicated it was scheduled in a timely manner and went extremely well. During each post-op visit Dr Ducey was more than willing to answer any questions or concerns and I never, ever felt rushed. His explanations were such that I understood the process exactly. Dr Ducey is kind, encouraging and an expert on shoulder issues. If shoulder surgery and rehab were “pleasant”, this experience was and was handled in a professional manner. Even though I had a compromised shoulder pre-surgery, now at six months post I am getting my shoulder back and… able to use it again in ways I haven’t in a long time and it gets better and better as I continue to work at it! I highly recommend Dr Ducey with no reservation. He changed my life!

You must really like what you do because you do it so well. You and Your team took such good care of me it made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. Thank you Dr. Ducey for fixing my shoulder.

Had a shoulder birth injury that was operated on when I was born. Caused increasing pain & immobility for almost 70 years. Most doctors wouldn't touch it. Broke my arm twice before the surgery. Dr. Ducey performed a reverse total shoulder replacement combined with repair of the broken humerus. Dr. Ducey explained, in advance, that I would continue to have limited mobility, but that there would be reduction in pain. He was spot on regarding pain. Gone! Mobility is not bad. NEW LEASE ON LIFE!

I fell and shattered my fibia and broke my tibia. Dr. Ducey was referred by my PC physician. Dr. Ducey operated and repaired my leg from the damage done. I do not believe there is a better surgeon for my type of operation than Dr. Ducey. I had been treated for over 2 years by him and each time I saw him he was caring and very personable. His office staff is very professional and will do all they can to make the patient feel comfortable. He made sure that I did what I was supposed to do to regain the use of my leg as normal. Wonderful Physician and would reccomend him to everyone.

Dr. Ducey has an exceptional bedside manner; he is genuinely caring and concerned, and he truly wants his patients to be active and free of pain. He has such a kind heart and is an excellent listener. He takes the time to understand the specific problems I'm facing, hears my side of the story and how I encounter the issue, he's sympathetic to my needs, and he's an excellent diagnostician. He comforts me when I'm nervous before surgery and does superb work in the operating room. I'm tremendously grateful for him.

Dr. Ducey is knowledgeable about my injury. He explains everything I have questions about. He examination is comprehensive and he leaves no stone unturned. He doesn't rush me out the door. The staff is pleasant and very attentive to my questions. One of the best doctors I've been to in a long time.
