My long career in medical management causes me to seek the best doctors in their field of medicine. That is why I choose Dr. Stephen Johnson for my eye care and surgery. He is professional, knowledgeable, genuinely warm, friendly and caring. He explains everything in such a way you have confidence going into the surgery. I am grateful for his knowledge, surgical skill and patient care. That same level of patient care is seen in Dr. Johnson's staff. Their professionalism, organizational skills, and patient care is outstanding. My goal in office management was to get our staff to provide the best possible patient care. Not only was the doctor extremely knowledgeable but the staff also, went above and beyond to help my mom. Everyone including receptionists, the nurse, the doctor, and the man in the glasses department were very pleasent and warm. It is nice to go to an office with this much care for their patients.

One of the best doctors I have seen here. Great care, very detail, great bedside manner, spends as much time as you need. Great diagnostician. Trust him completely.

The office is very professional, courteous, prompt and the staff is extremely helpful. The exam was thorough and Dr. Johnson answered all my questions. There is an optical area where I could get glasses or contacts if I wanted.

I needed and received a complete and comprehensive eye exam for which my eyes were checked for any medical issues. Dr. Johnson was professional and explained everything during the exam. In addition, I received a prescription so that I had better reading and distance vision with new lenses in my glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson.

We were greeted right away with a warm welcome. All of the paperwork was explained and made it easier to fill out. The nurse that took us back was really professional and friendly. The doctor seemed very confident and made us feel we were in good hands. Just a side note for the review below the question about pregnancy and period information were on the generic form that mostly likely is government mandated.

This office does not respect your appointment time and even though you are kept waiting for almost an hour no apology is given. This is not a one time incident, it happens every time, no matter when the appt. is scheduled. Also Dr. Johnson and staff have no bedside manner, not warm or friendly, seem put out by you being there. They ask inappropriate questions about when your period started, if it is regular, when you had a pap, mammogram?? How does this relate to having an eye exam. Strange place, would never recommend.
