Dr. Stephen Kahler, MD

I had my breasts done by Dr.Kahler in 2000. He did a wonderful job and they still look good!

Bad breast augmentation done. Poor job :-(

ATTENTION: Check all online reviews on Stephen Kahler, MD, plastic surgeon from Carrollton, GA before you considering using him. There are photos on these sites to show some of his work. Some of the sites are vitals.com and healthgrades.com. There have also been complaints filed against him on the Georgia state licensure board. I made the mistake of failing to do so and it has been the biggest regret of my life. I honestly don’t know how this physician has a license to perform cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Kahler and is staff are wonderful and go the extra mile to meet your individual needs and answer your questions.

Dr. Kahler performed my breast augmentation in 2001. I loved his work. My husband is an MD and examines breasts nearly everyday. He believes Dr. Kahler's work is by far some of the best he has seen.I feel so comfortable with Dr. Kahler that I had him perform my facelift in the fall of 2011. It will take a full year to see the final results but so far I am thrilled.His staff is very professional and compassionate.

I am a patient of Dr. Kahler's. I elected to have breast surgery 4 months ago. I was experiencing complications of my left breast implant which was inserted in 2001. Dr. Kahler removed the old implants, replaced them with new implants. He also closed the capsules and inserted the new implants behind the muscle. Dr. Kahler also performed a breast lift. I have still yet to heal from my original surgery with Dr. Kahler. I have had 2 additional surgeries since my original surgery with Kahler. I have lost 3/4 of my left areola. The assemetry is terrible. I wish that I had never let Kahler touch me. I have been through much emotional and physical trauma. Kahler and his staff show no concern for my well being. I was accused per office staff that either I smoked, picked, or some other wound interference was the cause for my delayed wound healing. I have never smoked, picked , or had any other issue as the staff implied. When I had my 2nd surgery, I walked to the OR and before… getting on the OR stretcher, I noticed some blood on the bed linens from a previous patient. The nurse just simply tried to cover it with a pillow.

Dr. Kahler and his staff are great! This was definately the right choice for me when I decided to have my breast augmentation. He listens to what you want and your expectations and then tells you exactly what he can do for you and what you should expect. The doctor and the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgable. They make sure that you are as comfortable as possible before and after the procedure. They made the entire process from consultation, to pre-op, to the actual procedure, to recovery and then to the post-ops so much easier than I thought it would be. You should definately talk to them when you make the decision to start looking for a surgeon.
